These terms apply to energy meters and other products bought from our online shop.
Delivery
- We deliver to addresses in Singapore only.
- Delivery costs S$30 per order. Delivery is free for orders of S$500 and above.
- Orders arrive in 2 to 3 working days.
- Self-collect is free, at our office: 167 Kaki Bukit Avenue 1, Shun Li Industrial Park, Singapore 416018. Please call +65 6744 1133 or email enquiry@chengseng.com.sg first to arrange a time.
Returns
- Return a new, unused item within 14 days of delivery or collection. Drop-off at our office is free.
